Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Pro Movers BD collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number, your email if you give one, and the addresses, dates and items you tell us about your move.
• Photos you choose to send with a quote request.
• Payment confirmation details you send (such as the method, the transaction number and your mobile number). We never ask for card numbers, PINs or passwords.
• The details of a complaint you submit, and what you type to our virtual assistant (chat or voice).
• Basic technical information needed to keep the website secure, such as a one-way hash of your network address used to stop spam.

How we use it

Only to prepare your estimate or quotation, arrange your survey visit or move, contact you about your booking, and improve our service. We do not sell your information.

Verification codes and your account

To protect your bookings, we send a one-time code by SMS or email before showing an estimate or your account. Signing in with a mobile number or email shows only the requests made with that number or email. Codes expire quickly and are stored only as a one-way hash.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service: website and database hosting, an SMS gateway and an email service for codes and booking messages, a scheduling service for free survey visits, and AI services that power the virtual assistant and the estimate system. They process data only to provide those functions.

Who can see it

Only authorised Pro Movers BD staff. Photos are stored privately and are never published.

On your device

The website remembers your theme choice and the reference numbers of requests you sent (under "My account") on your own device only. You can clear them by signing out on the My account page.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for for about 1–2 months after your move is completed, to serve your booking and handle any follow-up.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
